Hamburger Helper from Scratch

1 lb lean ground beef, preferably 93-97% lean 2-3 tsp Italian mix, such as oregano, rosemary, basil 1 yellow onion diced 1 can tomatoes, petite version 14.5 oz 1 can beef broth or bullion cube dissolved in 1 ½ cups water ½ to ¾ cup sour cream 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 8 oz elbow macaroni or zoodles Set instant pot to saute and add hamburger meat, onion, and seasonings. Smells yum! After it is browned, cancel saute and add the tomatoes, beef broth and noodles, if using. If you are using the zoodles, add now for cooked zoodles. Then put lid on and secure. Set valve to sealing. Set pressure for 3 minutes and wait. Once done, you can wait or let pressure off but make sure that the red button has dropped down before taking the lid off! Take lid off and add sour cream, zoodles (if using raw), and mozzarella. Add pepper to taste. Enjoy! Warning! You will never go back to the boxes again!
